Could someone tell me about an old Effanbee doll?

She's about 18 inches tall, mostly plastic, and has light green eyes that close when she lays down. She's wearing a ruffled blouse attached to a red velvet skirt and matching jacket. Her hair is brown and done in curls held down by bobby pins and she has one pearl earing. She looks pretty old but I can't be sure. Her knees and hips bend pretty well and it looks like she used to have high heeled shoes. Can anyone give me any information about her please?
