How much Oragel is too much?

I have a thing of Oragel Max strength with 20% benzocaine, .1% zinc chrolide and .02% benalkonium chloride. I accidently sqeezed half the tube (.42oz) into my mouth, ive tried cleaning it out. It says only use 4 times per day. Should I be going to the ER?? how much is too much?
