If I keep on eating like this, will I lose weight?
For breakfast I had about 200-350 calories ( this is a guess because I had a traditional meal and I am just guessing it is about this much, this includes my glass of orange juice) and then I had an apple for snack. For lunch I had a bowl of salad ( lettuce, tomatoes, a slice of cucumber, shredding of carrot, corn and the sauce was italian so there was no mayonaise) and a carton of apple juice (it said it was natural and it had no fizz). When I got home I had a whole grain croissant with different seeds and a very small portion of Ice tea. I then had a glass of orange juice, a vitamin c and zinc thing that you suck (i was scared of getting a cold) and a banana. Now for dinner I had about 200 calories (just guessing since it was traditional food). So I only recently started reducing my intake at lunch time so if I continue eating only a salad (sometimes only lettuce) or an apple for lunch will it help? Please don't suggest any sport for now because the school year just ended so I can't. (don't say do an outside school one) I will probably be doing something like football or track next year though. Is once a week ok?
