Is there a way to change recieved time on emails?

I didn't do a Japanese project, and i was supposed to send it via email to my Sensei on Friday at 3:30...It's now Sunday, 4:20, and i need to make sure it says she got it then, she's pretty naive and won't figure it out as long as the computer says 3:30. Is there ANY way i can change it, like, i'm pretty desperate. That's 200 points, and i have a D in her class now, i used to have an A. Can i change the date on MY computer, and it'll work?
