I think Itachi is better than Sasuke because Itachi has 3 ability on his mangekyou sharingan and Sasuke has only 2..but Sasuke does know how to stop amaterasu and Itachi doesn't so Sasuke surpases him at that But Itachi's susanoo is better than Sasuke's because it has the ulltimate deffense and offense. But Sasuke's lookz better in any case power is better than loookz
