What is proccedur for production hydrogen by superheatedsteam and zinc?

You would have way to many things in the gas phase with this process. However if you are looking to produce hydrogen you are going to need to make the "steam" acidic with HCl. The HCl will disassociate in the "steam" and react with the solid zinc to produce hydrogen and ZnCl. If your attempting to do this in the gas phase you need to take zinc and turn it into powder, one warning though any finely divided metal can be pyrophoric in nature. Always follow good chemical hygiene.
