I have eaten oysters before and didn't like them very much. I believe myself to have a zinc deficiency because i have many of the symptoms, i tried including allot of zinc dense foods so i tried oysters and they taste O.K now but my body kept telling me to eat them so they tasted really good but they didn't really taste good if you know what i mean, I figured that my body is telling me to keep eating them because of the zinc content is this true? Thanks.
