A yellow vinyl jacket for dance recital?

I'm looking for a yellow (old fashioned) rain jacket for a dance recital. Song is singing in the rain and I cannot find a one anywhere! Even if it's not old fashioned (cause we can tailor it) I am just desperate for a well priced jacket. Any places you guys know of?
